Send the details once.

When booking, provide your arrival date, flight number, terminal if known, passenger count, destination and a realistic luggage count. Include child seats or extra stops if needed. If a colleague makes the booking for you, add the travelling passenger’s contact details so arrival instructions reach the right person.

Your confirmation will identify the agreed meeting point. Keep your phone available after landing in case the chauffeur needs to reach you. If the airline changes your flight or terminal, tell the booking team as soon as you know.

Heathrow publishes official meeting points for each terminal. These landmarks help you orient yourself, but follow the meeting instructions in your LDC confirmation and any updates from your chauffeur.

What happens after landing?

1. Arrive and collect your bags. Keep your phone on and look for your confirmed meeting instructions.
2. Meet your chauffeur. Your booking team shares the agreed location and contact method. Tell us if you need additional help moving between terminals.
3. Travel onward. Your chauffeur helps with luggage and follows the planned destination or agreed itinerary.

Pickup and parking are different.

Heathrow does not allow drivers to wait on the terminal forecourt. Chauffeurs meeting passengers inside typically use terminal parking or another permitted arrangement. Your booking team confirms how your particular pickup works. Do not travel to a car park unless your chauffeur directs you there.

Connecting flights, separate terminal collections and private aviation arrivals need different plans. Share the full itinerary at the outset so the team can quote the correct journey.
