A calmer airport journey with the family

Prepare the passenger, luggage and collection details together before the travel day.

Count more than the suitcases

Family luggage often includes more than standard cases. Tell the booking team about pushchairs, cabin bags and any additional equipment, as well as the number of adults and children. A clear description makes it easier to discuss an appropriate vehicle configuration.

Discuss seating needs before booking

Raise child-seat and access requirements during the quotation stage. Ask the team to confirm the arrangements that matter to your family in writing. Do not assume a particular seat, layout or vehicle feature from an illustrative photograph or from the category name alone.

Keep the arrival instructions simple

Choose a lead passenger contact and keep the booking details easy to find. Check the agreed meeting point before travelling. If your family needs additional time before collection, discuss that when planning the journey and confirm how the pickup timing and waiting arrangements will work.

Plan the last part of the trip

Provide the complete destination address and any additional drop-offs. If you want to stop at a hotel before continuing, include that in the itinerary. The confirmed journey should cover the plan you actually need, including luggage and passenger changes along the way.

Make it your journey.

London Direct Chauffeurs handles quotes and reservations. Share your flight, itinerary, passengers and luggage to confirm the details.
